ENROLMENT FORM - IMPORTANT
Form Information – please read before completing:
We are using a new platform, OWNA, and there are some minor technical/wording glitches which are currently being fixed. We apologise for any inconvenience/confusion.
- SELECT WEEK: Select ‘Week 1’ to attend the program of 5 Jan – 9 Jan (5 days), and/or select ‘Week 2’ to attend the program of 12 Jan – 14 Jan (3 days). You can choose to attend either week or both.
- GRADES (as of last school term): For safety and supervision reasons, enrolments are only open to children who were already in Foundation/Prep or higher during the preceding school term. Children who are only entering Foundation/Prep in the upcoming term are not eligible for enrolment.
(Exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis, subject to availability.) - ATTACHED DOCUMENTS: Medical Documents (e.g. a current Action Plan) and Dietary Restrictions (if any) must be attached. Court Orders (if any) are to be attached and not emailed. Immunisation History Statement is encouraged but NOT required to be attached.
- BANK ACCOUNT DETAILS: Charges will be performed by our new platform OWNA – using your bank details. If you wish to pay by Credit Card, a service fee will apply.

Fees & Subsidies:
Fees include all excursions, activities, and food!
Early Bird $125/day (Only $12.19/day after maximum government Child Care Subsidy)
Full Price: $135 per day
Early bird price: until 21st of December 2025 or until the allocated spaced are filled.
Government’s Child Care Subsidy may apply. To check your eligibility, please visit Centrelink's Payment and Service Finder.
A non-refundable deposit of $100 (per week) will be charged upon receiving your application with the balance charged not before 21/12/2025.
Cancellation Policy:
No Refunds/Credits for future programs will be issued for any absences or cancellations after 21/12/2025. The full amount will still be charged.

AUTHORISATION
By signing and submitting the online Enrolment Form, you certify that all the information is true and correct and agree to Lamdeni School Inc KefKidz Holiday Program’s terms and conditions (copy available at office). You also agree to be charged a non-refundable deposit with the balance, as advertised on this page.
